Wife and I visited August 2010 for the first time and it was absolutely crystal clear blue and beautiful, calm , warm day , we never seen a lake so amazing, we returned home some weeks later and bragged on this beautiful place to our daughter and everyone else, so a couple years later we took our daughter there on an August day only to experience an angry , cold ,windy , raining dark raging lake with huge wakes and waves much like a storm at sea , it was completely different than before , we couldn't believe how it was so different in August that time …..needless to say our daughter did not believe us that this was a beautiful place ….lol
